If we installed it and something we fitted fails, we fix it.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in motors, controllers, displays and battery cells.
- Premature battery capacity loss beyond normal degradation.
- Workmanship on any installation we complete in-house.
What's not covered
- Damage from crash, water submersion, or aftermarket modification.
- Wear parts (brake pads, tyres, chains).
- Kits opened, dismantled or modified by third parties.
- Use above the rated power (e.g. running a 48V kit at 60V).
How to claim
- Email hello@leicestershireleccys.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and (if possible) a short video.
- We'll reply within one working day with next steps — usually a diagnostic checklist, a return label or a workshop slot.
- Approved warranty repairs are free. If the fault turns out to be user-caused we'll quote first before doing any paid work.
