LC Leccys is an e-bike conversion workshop in Leicestershire, UK. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@leicestershireleccys.co.uk.

• Order data: name, email, delivery address, phone, order contents — needed to fulfil orders.
• Booking data: name, email, phone, bike details — needed to plan workshop time.
• Contact form / notify-me emails: email address only — used to reply or send a single reopen alert.
• Analytics & Meta Pixel: pseudonymous browsing data used to measure marketing performance. See "Cookies" below.

• Contract — processing orders, bookings and warranty claims.
• Legitimate interest — replying to enquiries, preventing fraud, measuring site performance.
• Consent — marketing analytics cookies and Meta Pixel tracking (you can withdraw any time).

Only the processors we need to run the business:

• Shopify (payments & checkout)
• Supabase (database & app hosting)
• Meta (advertising analytics — Pixel & Conversions API)
• Couriers (delivery of physical orders)

We never sell your data.

Order and booking data is kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Contact-form messages are kept for 2 years. Notify-me subscribers are deleted after we send the reopen alert or on request.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to processing. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO.

We use strictly necessary cookies for cart / checkout, and analytics cookies (Meta Pixel) for ad measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the shop and checkout will still work.
